CARACOL WATERFALL
- Access to Caracol Waterfall is limited to a group of up to 6 (six) visitors plus the guide;
- Access to Caracol Waterfall is via ferrata;
- To access Caracol Waterfall, the attraction provides mandatory equipment (harness and helmet), available on-site, which must remain connected to a safety point until fully entering the waterfall;
- Children under 10 years old are not allowed to climb;
- Access to Caracol Waterfall is not recommended for people with a fear of heights.
NOT ALLOWED:
- Entry and exit from the Complex by any access other than its main entrance;
- Entering the Complex without a guide;
- Smoking, lighting fires, releasing balloons, or producing any source of heat/spark (the Complex is in a high-risk forest fire area);
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or any other substances considered intoxicants inside the Complex;
- Making loud noises, shouting, or causing disturbances that may disturb the local fauna and other visitors;
- Littering on the trails. All waste, including organic, must be collected and taken back;
- Bringing glass bottles;
- Collecting rocks, plants (even dried ones), crystals, animals, flowers, and seeds;
- Hunting, capturing, molesting, feeding, or chasing wildlife;
- Engraving names, dates, or symbols on rocks, trees, signs, or other property within the Complex.
